Partners HealthCare has a robust Policy for Interactions with Industry and Other Outside Entities, which addresses among other topics conflicts of interest, including the requirements of the Public Health Service on Promoting Objectivity in Research (42 CFR Part 50 Subpart F). Partners HealthCare's Office for Interactions with Industry (OII) manages the Partners system consistent with applicable conflict of interest Policy and regulations.
Partners HealthCare is registered on the FDP Clearing House certifying its compliance with the Public Health Service regulations under the hospital entity names: Brigham and Women's Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Newton Wellesley Hospital, Spaulding Hospital, McLean Hospital and/or Faulkner Hospital.
