    Partners HealthCare is committed to conducting its affairs in accordance with the highest legal and ethical requirements and to addressing any allegations or other evidence of possible non-compliance. If federal funds are involved, Partners and the hospital receiving the funds are required to take appropriate steps to protect the funding and the research project.


    Questions may be referred to the BWH, MGH, and Partners Research Compliance Offices :

     If you prefer, you may report your concerns confidentially and anonymously:

    • Partners Compliance HelpLine (24/7) - (800) 856-1983. 
      A non-Partners employee will take your information. You will be assigned a case number with a call-back date. The case is forwarded to Compliance and Business and Integrity for investigation.
    • Web based-Partners Compliance Reporting (24/7) -
      You can file a compliance report from any computer with an Internet connection. The site includes step-by-step instructions. It is your choice to report anonymously or identify yourself. At the end of the report, you will be asked to create a password. Use your password to log-on in a few days to see if there are follow-up questions and to find out the results of your inquiry.


    Research Integrity Concerns

    Questions or concerns pertaining to potential research misconduct should be referred directly to the institutional Research Integrity Officer.   For more information, please go to the Research Integrity page.
